This is an on-line community for members of the Blue Ridge Thunder motorcycle enthusiasts group. Blue Ridge Thunder is an all Harley club currently celebrating our 16th year of existence.
On January 10th, 23 folks on 18 bikes made the ride to Hooters for some wings and drink. The weather was great for any time of the year but especially for January. We left under clear blue skies with temperatures in the low to mid 60s. It was a nice cruise over Newfound and into Asheville through downtown. There were lots of bikes out enjoying the weather.
Hooters was, well, Hooters. The food was very slow coming out but good once it arrived. Always wanting to be helpful, we made a few suggestions to the manager on how things could be speeded up to get the wings out in less than 40 minutes...
